We are an Online Only Boutique that opened in 2014. We Sell quality women's clothing and accessories at affordable prices! We also offer Free Shipping on all orders over $99!

 Returns

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or store credit only unless item is damaged. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at redoseboutiquesvip@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email

Red Rose Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Red Rose Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Red Rose Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
